My Pilates certification program is unique because it is somatic based, breath inspired and in depth. I purposely keep each certification very small so that every student can receive personal attention, synthesize the complex information, and improve their teaching skills. My certification program covers the Classical Pilates Mat Series, Anatomy and Kinesiology, Body Reading to determine clients specific needs, Teaching Methods, Alignment Yoga Sequences, and the Ethics and Business aspect of being a Pilates Teacher. I currently offer five modules of certification – Beginning Mat, Intermediate Mat, Beginning Reformer, Intermediate Reformer, and Beginning/Intermediate Wunda Chair. Each module is 20 hours.
